• Estimated fares may vary based on real-time traffic, route, and waiting time.

• Ryda Ride reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if it violates our policies or laws.

4. User Conduct

By using our service, you agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt the services

• Harm or threaten drivers or other passengers

• Use false information or impersonate someone else

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or unlawful behavior.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Fares are based on distance, time, and applicable fees (e.g., waiting charges).

• All payments must be made via accepted methods (cash, credit/debit, in-app payment).

• A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel a ride after a driver has been dispatched.

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a ride free of charge before a driver is dispatched.

• If a driver is already on the way or has arrived, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Ryda Ride is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or acts of nature.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during your ride.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the fare paid for the disputed service.

8. Driver Independence

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Ryda Ride. We facilitate connections between riders and drivers but do not guarantee driver behavior or availability.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on rydaride.com, including text, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ryda Ride and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
